Written by Livwell Foundation Executive Director Jovanni Cedeño, this book explores the concept of "Seperationship" and the emotional disconnection that can exist within relationships and ourselves. Drawing from his experience growing up in poverty and being raised by a single mother, Jovanni shares lessons on healing, personal growth, vulnerability, and connection. This book is an extension of Livwell Foundation's mission to eradicate poverty by empowering individuals and strengthening families. Most importantly, 100% of profits from every book sold go directly to Thanksmas, helping provide meals, gifts, resources, and hope to families in need during the holiday season.
Back-to-School Initiative
Livwell was proud to distribute 300 pairs of brand-new shoes to students at 11 Title I schools throughout the Chandler Unified School District. Together with our summer outreach efforts in the Kyrene School District, we provided 400 pairs of new shoes to students in need, investing more than $13,500 into local children and families.
This impact would not have been possible without the support of our donors, community partners, the City of Chandler, Chandler Unified School District officials, Kyrene School District officials, school principals, counselors, and social workers. Thank you for helping us ensure students start the school year with confidence and support.
2026 Kickstart was a tremendous success, and we look forward to continuing to serve our community in the years ahead.
Our Initiatives
Education
One of our signature initiatives is a network of in-school and afterschool programs designed to build leaders within Title I schools and underserved communities. Through leadership-based curriculum, service opportunities beyond the classroom, and collaboration with local administrators, The Livwell Foundation creates safe spaces where students can be themselves, grow in confidence, and make a lasting impact in their communities.

Through meaningful experiences, opportunities to connect, and exposure to resources, The Livwell Foundation creates environments where families feel valued, supported, and empowered. We believe that by bringing people together and showing them they are not alone, and that others believe in their potential, we can break cycles of poverty and build a future filled with possibility.
